The Super Bowl is OVER! Tom Brady has now won more championships than anybody in NFL history! But of course, we were also spoiled with 2 combat sports events! On Friday, former UFC fighter Paige VanZant made her BKFC debut. As predicted, the fight didn't go her way. However, we cannot say the same for former UFC middleweight Chris Leben who stepped into the ring for the last time in his career. We give our takes on both performances, and on the promotional aspect of BKFC. If that wasn't enough, on Saturday we had UFC Vegas 18. Two absolute MMA legends in Alistair Overeem and Frankie Edgar lost in devastating fashions to rising prospects Alexander Volkov, and Cory Sandhagen respectfully. We give our takes on the main and co-main event and touch on several other intriguing fights that transpired at UFC Vegas 18.
Next week, former teammates Kamaru Usman and Gilbert Burns will clash for the welterweight championship of the world. This card is absolutely stacked from top to bottom, and we let you know exactly what to look out for. In welterweight, we have some of the biggest names in this sport including the BMF champion Jorge Masvidal, and Colby Covington, and it is the perfect time to have them fight. We give our thoughts on the potential matchup and what it would mean for the division and the UFC brand. But perhaps the biggest name in the sport is still "The Notorious" Conor Mcgregor who had a message for the MMA community this week. All this and more on Round 14 of Inside the Clinch.
