RECAST....Today's episode on Nutritional Periodisation with Gregg Slater was so good the first time around, we've decided to recast it for anyone who didn't hear it, and even if you did, it's probably worth listening to it again.

The evidence shows that the vast majority of people who undertake a diet end up no better or worse off three years down the line. Gregg introduces the concept of nutritional periodisation and why it can be useful to think of nutrition as being a bit like training in some ways.

- What nutritional periodisation is and how we can use it to help adherence to dieting phases

- How to set up a diet for long term success

- Why dinosaurs are excellent
