The third and final part of our ramblings on defining all the components that come into health and what that means to us.
In this episode our focus is stress, gratitude and relationships and their role in health.
Chronic stress leads to so many health complications and negative impacts on biology but we just can't help ourselves sometimes. We talk about ways you can actively manage your stress through control and mindfulness around social media, and managing your own expectations of stress.
Your own perception is incredibly powerful, and being mindful and acknowledging all the things in your life you are grateful for has a huge impact on your happiness, health and longevity. Gratitude is not to be underestimated.
Finally relationships, and forming meaningful connections have a huge impact on your wellbeing, health and longevity.
