E.14 Stress Eating

April is Stress Awareness Month. I have been very intentional about my stress this month. I have started meditating, I have hired a cleaning lady, I have taken time off, I have had honest conversations with myself....I've done all these things to be more aware and intentional about my stress. During that honest conversation with myself, I thought about how I handle stress and one of the things I do when I am stressed is eat. I am a stress eater. After trying on a bathing suit, I decided to record this episode on the fly to talk about stress eating, self doubt, & embracing the skin I am in. I honestly hope that none of you can relate and you all love your bodies. That would be AWESOME. But, I have a feeling, I am not alone here. I want to spend a few minutes sharing my heart and helping you see that you are not alone!
