Colleen emphasizes how creating art can be absolutely transforming and healing and how it helps us connect with our Soul (or higher knowing). It's really about the process of creation, not the end result. Many of us know this rationally; however integrating this knowledge and experiencing it in our approach to life is pretty amazing.
