Continuing our month of holiday movies is Deck the Halls. This movie that answers the question, is Matthew Broderick funny? Sadly the answer is not really. As opposed to Danny Devito and Kristen Chenowith who are super funny. Maybe put some holiday joy into your holiday movie. Just an idea.

Well well well. Who threw Timmy down the well? As kids we were taught to be careful when playing because we might fall down a well. I lived in Southern California. There were no wells. We had indoor plumbing. We were civilized. We were not animals. Except when it came to Christmas. Well at least I was an animal when it came to Christmas. Actually I was more just obsessed. Pouring over the Sears Wishbook. I looked at each page and gauged what were the perfect toys. I did this too when I went to the actual toy store but in truth my passion lay in looking at the images in the catalog. Not surprising that I spent 20 years making living buying and selling on eBay every day. Our childhoods inform everything about our adult lives. But really, who threw Timmy down the well?
