What would your “best year ever” look like?
As a salon owner, perhaps it would involve attracting more new clients, an increase in revenue, increasing the profit margin, or even opening another salon. Setting these kinds of resolutions is important, but it’s the easy part. Turning them into reality is where the real challenge lies.
