He is a recognized champion of diversity and inclusion and has held leadership roles with the Leadership Council for Legal Diversity and the ABA’s Consumer Financial Services’ Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Sharett also serves on various advisory boards and was named one of Phoenix's Most Admired Leaders in 2023.
