Andrea Goulet is one of the software industry’s foremost experts on software team communication and collaboration. She has delivered keynotes and training worldwide and empowered over 75,000 people to create better software by approaching empathy as a technical skill.

Andrea served as the Co-Founder and CEO of Corgibytes, a software consultancy specializing in modernizing mission-critical software systems for over a decade. Her approach of using empathy to maintain healthy software systems and corporate culture has had an industry-wide impact.
