In good news this episode, we learn that COVID-19 doesn't stop 70 years of love, reduced human activity due to the virus has helped endangered sea turtles, and much more. A special shout out again to Craig Jessup once again for being a big part of why Good News: A Podcast is back. This episode, we get to hear the good news he sent my way.

COVID-19 has brought about isolation that's caused many people's mental health to suffer, and that's why I'm finding it more and more important to learn and pay attention to my own. What better way to learn than connecting with an organization which focuses on mental health that's not to far from home? That's why this episode's community spotlight is Newport Mental Health.
