Sin doesn’t make you bad – it makes you dead. Sin destroys you because as Paul argues, it enslaves you. We all are in danger of being enslaved by sin. It may be life destroying habits that we often think of, but may also be the small, justifiable things that take hold of our heart over the long time - like gossip or envy, pride, or laziness.
