Rich Reinhardt went from Border Patrol to DEA as a diversion investor and landed at the IRS, working complex cases with DEA. But one case was the biggest case Reinhardt had ever worked on—four billion dollars scammed from victims around the globe to buy a virtual currency called OneCoin.
