Dennisha Rivers has been a healthcare provider for 20 years. She is currently the President of Vision Of Life Outreach Ministries, a tax exempt 501c3 nonprofit organization. Their mission is to help homeless families and homeless youth to help restore and rebuild their lives from homelessness to self independence through educational workshops, mentoring programs, life skills training, entrepreneurship, environmental justice, financial literacy and transitional housing, and emergency assistance. Dennisha's goal is to provide a safe healthy place for youth and to bring families together in a positive safe environment and safer neighborhoods. Dennisha Rivers is currently running for Jefferson County metro council from District 4.
