She created Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit as a way to work in the food industry while raising her young daughters and being able to keep her focus on them. She discusses her inspiration and partnering with her mother to launch the company.

Carrie is the author of cookbooks: Callie’s Biscuits and Southern Traditions and Hot Little Suppers (October ‘21), and stars in the docu-series, How She Rolls.
