A study from Oregon Health Sciences University revealed that overweight women who had taken up relaxation techniques lost an average of 10 pounds…without trying. The idea is that these women were less stressed - they weren’t flooding their body with stress hormones, which are known to increase appetite. So, find a quiet, comfortable place.
