Gavin Smith, founder of The Church Office, leads a seminar focused on people, structures, and workflows to help identify some practical areas that could make a difference and explores how you see administration as a spiritual gift in the church.

This seminar is from the 2023 FIEC Leaders' Conference held in Blackpool from 6-8 November 2023.
