Laughter is a powerful and healthy reaction to stressful situations. It's a natural way to fight off negative emotions, reduce stress, and boost your immune system. Laughter therapy is the act of using laughter to improve health and quality of life. In order to find more joy, one has to discover what makes one laugh.
