It’s MY favorite time of year! We have the holiday season, my birthday, and my most favorite time of year is… GOAL PLANNING! This time of year I combine all my favorite practice owner things:

A planner
Being creative
Brainstorming
Turning all these ideas into a plan
Evaluating numbers and setting new ones

In today’s show, I’m going to share with you my process as a group practice owner, which is a bit different than when it was just me. It will all still apply if you are solo too.
