Natasha, Jenna and JJ vents about company's needing training and books on how to manage millennials like we're robots or something. They talk about how Steve Harvey has the book "Think Like a Man," maybe they should have "Think Like a Millennial." Millennials want to have a work-life balance AT work PERIODT! Linda and Natasha covers an Employment Law in Florida, "Employees are allowed to bring guns to work in Florida, as long as they keep them in their cars." Linda believes that we should do a psyc evaluation before permitting people with guns. Not necessarily having gun control but giving people some type of evaluation to see if having a gun especially at work is going to be okay. Natasha and Jenna brings the topic of the day, "Fraternizing is a Company Policy." Make sure you check the company policy before you get caught up with your Work Bae. JJ on the Drug Test Story and you know buddy from last week got fired and they hired a Private Investigator for somebody on Workers' Compppppp????
