Today's guest is Merlyn Hernandez, the creative mind behind Dolce Trio Cakes.
Merlyn talks to us about her journey from being a graphic designer in Venezuela to becoming a pastry chef and cake designer in Australia. We talk about her experiences from having a cake business for 10 years and running cake classes for five years.
