Last year was a year of depression, hopelessness, and disparities, particularly for men. Fathers need to practice healthy habits, self-love, and gratitude to be a successful father. We should give our children the tools they need to succeed and guard them, but not helicopter over them. We must practice what we preach, take charge of ourselves, and be men of the time to be successful in this ever-changing world.
