Bodybuilding Champion, Fitness Model, Actress, Author and Coach, Lauren Powers Talks About Being Fit, Faithful and Fierce Along with Her New Podcast, the Power Hour with Lauren Powers.
Lauren Powers has done it all, she is a 10 time bodybuilding champion and hosts her own bodybuilding competition in Huntington Beach, CA. She is the author of Beneath the Muscle, SAG actress having appeared in numerous films, television shows and music videos including Claws, Workaholics, No Pain, No Gain and 2 Chainz featuring Lil Wayne and E-40's 2 Dollar Bill. Powers has even been featured on a few reality television shows like Botched, Good Work and E! True Hollywood Stories - Female Bodybuilders.
Powers has now shifted her focus to coaching and helping other women find their own success when it comes to health, not only physically, but mentally and spiritually as well. Powers had converted to Christianity a few years ago and has added Faith to her Fit, Fierce and Female mantra.
Just before Gregorian Calendar Easter, we spend the say with Powers in South Orange County, CA, went on a photo shoot with her and her dog, lunch at the Irvine Spectrum, then conducted the interview in her home where we saw her trophies as well as her set up for the Power Hour with Lauren Powers.
Powers is even being generous and giving away a signed copy of her Beneath the Muscle, to one of our listeners (details in the audio portion above).
Slowing Down is not a phrase Lauren Powers will ever include in her lexicon and we thankful for that, as she continues to help so many people with her coaching efforts.
