From 1994 to 2011 Simon worked for the Media, Entertainment & Arts Alliance in a variety of roles: Assistant Federal Secretary of the union, the National Director of the Actors Equity section and Vice-President of the International Federation of Actors. Since 2012 Simon has worked as an agent with Shanahan Management.
