According to data from the Election Lab at the University of Florida, over 24 million votes have already been cast in this election. They include nearly 10 million in-person votes and 15 million mail-in ballots.

The White House confirmed that North Korea has sent 3,000 troops to Russia for training and possible combat against Ukraine. Meanwhile, the leaders of BRICS countries, Iran, and others met for the second day of their summit in Russia.

Armed terrorists launched an attack on Turkey’s state-run aerospace company near the capital Ankara, killing at least five people and injuring 22. Two attackers were killed and no group has claimed responsibility so far.

Secretary of State Antony Blinken traveled to Saudi Arabia from Israel, as he pushed for a cease-fire in the Gaza and Lebanon conflicts. This took place as Israeli forces began airstrikes on the historic Lebanese port city of Tyre.
