“I think there is beauty in perfecting a craft, I really do think that is a noble purpose. I think there is no more noble career and purpose as well then hospitality. I’ve always felt that and that’s what I tell our hospitality team is they are doing an important thing, right? Ensuring that someone has a wonderful meal, comes in, feels welcome, you are creating something for them and its gift you are giving to them.”

Today we talked with Dan Callaway, Vice President of Hospitality and Product Development at Bardstown Bourbon Company in Bardstown Kentucky.
