C3 AI talks to its founder, chairman and CEO, Tom Siebel, about why enterprise AI will drive the next generation of CRM applications. In his previous venture, Tom was the chairman and CEO of Siebel Systems, which introduced the first widely adopted customer relationship management (CRM) software and grew to 8,000 employees in 29 countries, with over 4,500 corporate customers, and annual revenue in excess of $2 billion. Oracle acquired Siebel Systems in 2006.
