Often we cling to a mistake, because it took a long time making it, when we know that every mistake is an opportunity we can often move beyond! Ask which mistakes can't I let go, write them down and look at what opportunities and wisdom they grew.
Admit when we make a mistake and realize that something isn't working. Rather than judge ourselves look for the teachings and wisdom. Often we can't find that until we let go of self judgement. Let's chat!
