How do I allow the good in my life...and why is it so hard to do sometimes? So many of us have handed over our life to something or someone and don't have our hand on our own switch anymore. How can we take back our life?.
Appreciation of aspects of our life and setting up our day before we get up is so important. Let's take time to check in with ourselves to see why we're not feeling good and find which tools we can use to find the connection to the good within or our natural well-being. Feeling bad is not our fault...its the speed that our culture works and it can be hard to keep balance in our life.
Esther Hicks says,
"You have your hand on the switch. You are the allower or the resister. And your emotions tell you which you’re doing right now. It’s easy once you understand the formula: When you feel good, you’re allowing good. When you don’t feel good, you are not allowing good.
We didn’t say, when you feel good you are allowing good, and when you feel bad you are allowing bad (although it may translate into your experience in that way). There is only a Source of Well-being—which you are allowing or not."
