This piece was formally in our members vault at Tech-Led culture, but in light of the current DORA report (2023) controversy, seeing how Mr Tech (Dave Bally) and Mrs People (Duena Blomstrom) have already discussed it on the "people AND tech" Podcast and their burgeoning belief that the report really is indicating something that Duena has been saying for years "These are signs of Human Debt that translate into Tech Debt and burnout", we decided to re-list as a free episode.
In this piece, Duena calls out the fragmentation of the tech community into multiple sub communities with so much burnout, imposter syndrome and lack of Anti-Human Debt skills, that they are unable to steer the rest of all organisational functions towards the a Tech Led Culture of human work and collaboration as prerequisites for fast, reliable, client-beloved technology of the future.
