Everything in your life flows out of what happens in your heart. The heart is your “wellspring” of life. What your heart decides it loves… determines the choices you make in life. If anything but God is the main love of your heart, you will be a fool. Wisdom comes from having God as the main love of our hearts. Our main problem in life is disordered loves. If we love other things more than God, we will never love those things well and will always be disappointed by them. Proverbs points us to the truth, so we can find the way, so we can live life right. Jesus came not just to show us, but to BE the way, the truth, and the life! We need Jesus in the center of our hearts!
