A lovely chat with a grime star who shows both confidence and humility at the same time, in what seems like equal amounts. A quick scan through his videos and IG will reveal that he has the skills to back it all up, and has years in the game too, as well as stories from the old days of Roll Deep and the initiation of the grime scene. Really cool stuff, going in on such topics as how it feels releasing a new album, performing and stage craft as a new parent, rhythms of life, peopke coming to shows for him and not just the music, songwriting, how grime does well in the room, energy, and being part of a self-appointed Mt. Rushmore of grime! Really fun and interesting, worthy of a listen from the most ardent grime listener to the most "what are you talking about" person. Enjoy!
