Do you feel guilty for eating the “real thing” when it comes to desserts, fried foods, or foods that are higher in fat? Have you ever tried to swap out certain foods in the name of health? For example, maybe you’ve tried to cut sugar or save calories? In this episode, we’re talking about what it looks like when you take these swaps to the extreme and what it can do to your mental health.

NOTE: We’re not talking about swapping foods because of allergies, food intolerances, the choice to become vegan/vegetarian, or specific health issues...we’re talking about healthy swaps that are used for the sole purpose of weight loss and cutting calories.
