HOW TO ACCESS YOUR GOD-GIVEN AUTHORITY:
1. ALL AUTHORITY COMES FROM GOD
1 Everyone must submit to governing AUTHORITIES. For all AUTHORITY COMES FROM GOD, and those in positions of AUTHORITY have been placed there by God. 2 So anyone who rebels against AUTHORITY is rebelling against what God has instituted… - Romans 13:1-2a (NKJV)
Core Value: GOD IS OUR SOURCE -"Everything we need comes from Him"

Yet for us there is only one God—the Father. He is the SOURCE of all things...- 1 Corinthians 8:6 (TPT)

SOURCE: the person, place, or thing from which something originates

AUTHORITY: the power or right to give orders, make decisions, and enforce obedience; delegated power from one person to another; from the word “AUTHOR,” as the originator of something; to be “AUTHENTIC”

EVERYTHING COMES FROM THE LORD. All things were made because of Him and will return to Him. Praise the Lord forever! Amen. - Romans 11:36 (CEV)

2. YOU HAVE TO BE UNDER AUTHORITY TO HAVE AUTHORITY
8 But the officer said, “Lord, I am not worthy to have you come into my home. Just say the word from where you are, and my servant will be healed. 9 I know this because I am UNDER AUTHORITY of my superior officers, and I have AUTHORITY over my soldiers. I only need to say, ‘Go,’ and they go, or ‘Come,’ and they come. And if I say to my slaves, ‘Do this,’ they do it.” 10 When Jesus heard this, he was amazed. Turning to those who were following him, he said, “I tell you the truth, I haven’t seen FAITH like this in all Israel! - Matthew 8:8-10 (NLT)

49 This is because I have never SPOKEN on My own AUTHORITY or of My own accord or as self-appointed, but the Father Who sent Me has Himself given Me orders [concerning] what to SAY and what to tell. 50 And I know that His commandment is (means) eternal life. POWER: dunamis δύναμις (Greek) dynamic [“dynamite”] potential power

AUTHORITY: exousia ἐξουσία (Greek) the right or privilege to exercise power

• Jesus was UNDER the Father’s Authority
• Jesus SPOKE the Word of God with Authority
• Jesus EMPOWERED His disciples to EXERCISE POWER UNDER HIS AUTHORITY

3. YOU EXERCISE YOUR AUTHORITY WHEN YOU SPEAK THE WORD WITH AUTHORITY

... SPEAK THE WORD ONLY, and my servant shall be healed. - Matthew 8:8 (GNV)

He SENT OUT HIS WORD and healed them… - Psalm 107:20a (NIV)
