In this special series we’ll hear from leaders in the NZ design community and further our discourse around the creative and economic wellbeing of our community, identify opportunites for positive change, speculate on the future of our practice and critically examine the post Covid design landscape in Aotearoa. Tēnā koutou I’m Louise, Design Assembly Founder and Director and today I’m talking to Jef Wong. Jef Wong is the Executive Creative Director at Designworks where he has worked for over 20 years. He is responsible for driving and maintaining the overall creative vision and quality standards of the studio. His work has received numerous awards and he is the 2020 Convenor of Judges - Graphics for The New Zealand Best Design Awards and has judged 2 times previously. Jef has also been a judge for The International Student awards (Taiwan) and The Design and Art Direction awards (D&AD).
