Working in hospitality, talented and passionate, she like so many remained oblivious to the realities of alcohol and believed she could remain in control.
It wasn't until years later, when she discovered she was pregnant, that she finally took a step back and gained the clarity and awareness necessary to confront her drinking habits.
Fast forward to the present, she is a passionate advocate for changing the conversation around alcohol and the founder of Rooted Ruby Wellness.
Her mission is to support newly pregnant women who may be struggling with intrusive thoughts about alcohol, so that they can enter motherhood feeling empowered, resilient, and ready for anything!
Transforming her own relationship with alcohol durning pregnancy, Danielle is a Certified Alcohol Free Lifestyle Coach from the This Naked Mind Institute, and also currently working on authoring her first book
