Indiana men's basketball picked up a huge win on the recruiting trail, pulling in 5 star forward Mackenzie Mgbako and further strengthening their 2023-24 roster. After a long week which saw most IU fans pre-emptively throwing in the towel due to Mgbako's perceived interest in Kansas, the fact that Indiana ended up being the final choice ends up further flipping the narrative on Mike Woodson's program and approach to recruiting. There really does appear to be some secret sauce in Bloomington.
