On December 1st 1996, a couple were driving home after a night at the pub. The driver Lee Harvey was found stabbed over 30 times beside his car, his girlfriend Tracie Andrews was beaten and bloodied, holding him, when a witness called 999. The murder was a suspected road rage incident. Tracie publicly appealed for the driver of the other car to come forward, the nation was stunned. They feared a killer walked among them... they were right.
