Should Your Organization Invest in Starting a Podcast?
Manage episode 305529847 series 2895954
Given the rising popularity of podcasting, should your organization start a podcast? Is that even the right question?
In this episode, Abbie Fink and Dr. Adrian McIntyre help executives and their teams to think this through, because the right podcast strategy for YOU might not be the obvious one. (Most "how to start a podcast" advice is for indie creators, not business or nonprofit leaders.)
Abbie & Adrian talk about why there's no "one size fits all" strategy for driving business results with a podcast. Adrian explains the 4 "results levers" a podcast can pull -- in different combinations, depending on your objectives -- and gives examples for different business types:
- Reach
- Reputation
- Relationships
- Revenue
