Lois Cormack is the President & Chief Executive Officer and is a member of the Board of Directors of Sienna Senior Living, one of Canada’s largest senior living companies. As a respected executive with experience in real estate, hospitality, health services, senior living and infrastructure, she has led the company through significant growth that has seen it more than double in size over the past five years to 12,000 team members that serve over 10,000 seniors.

Ms. Cormack’s commitment to a mission-driven culture has resulted in a number of prominent recognitions for the company. Sienna was named one of Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures by Waterstone Human Capital in 2017. Sienna’s executive and board diversity is featured annually in Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt’s Diversity Disclosure Practices. For her achievements in business, Ms. Cormack was recognized in the Financial Post CEO-100 scorecard for 2019, which ranks S&P/TSX companies based on two- year return to investors.

Ms. Cormack currently serves on the Board of Trustees at Allied Properties REIT, previously served on the Board of Governors of Seneca College, and is actively involved in industry associations. She holds a Masters of Health Administration from the University of Toronto, and is a graduate of the Ivey Executive Program at the University of Western Ontario and the ICD-Rotman Directors Education Program.
