He grew up just outside of Detroit, Michigan, until He joined the Marine Corps later in life at twenty-four. He was very fortunate to serve with HMM-364 the Purple Foxes, with Four deployments from 2004-2010. As an aviation ordnanceman fixing machine guns and loading the countermeasure flares. Although He did not serve on the front lines, He was part of the casualty evacuation. Resulting in his medical retirement in 2012 with Post Traumatic Stress from my time overseas. He served at "Wounded Warrior Bn West" and has been involved in many programs that support our combat vets.
Since his retirement, He has earned a B. A. in Human Development and 200- hour Yoga certification. He spends his spare time after remodeling his RV into a mobile woodshop for his art hobbies.
