I noticed this past week Mitch hasn't been himself so I tried to get it out of him. I think he is getting burnt out and that's causing him to be in a funk. As men, we don't tell anyone our problems and that's just not healthy so I'm trying to make sure he knows he can talk about these things especially being vulnerable on a podcast.
