Special #ClimateAmbassdors mini-series! Learn more about the scheme and get to know each of the England regional teams. Joining Kit Marie from the Southeast hub is Gemma Bailey. Sticking with juice, they and chat about the influence of local authorities, reintroducing bison to Kent, baking, amongst other things! Gemma is based in Kent, but works at the University of Reading. She has always loved wildlife and chose to study Zoology as an undergraduate and then went to work at a conservation charity called the Big Cat Sanctuary, initially as a zoo keeper and then lead on education and sustainability at the Sanctuary.
