The pastry train keeps on rolling this week as Brennen and Tracy sit down with Hana Yohannes, founder of Shikorina Pastries. Hana is a former student of The Pastry Project, our previous guests on the show, who decided to make her dreams a reality and created the bakery she always wanted to own. Shikorina Pastries uses 100% fair trade, organic ingredients, sourced from the local Puget Sound region; and strives for an inclusive menu that caters to different diets and food allergies, as well as gluten free and vegan options.
