챕터

1. Show intro (00:00:00)

2. Segment 1 - Hard and Fast Economic Realities (Some Still Trying To Ignore) (00:00:50)

3. Basic Math, Basic Economics, Basic Accounting, much needed as Education in our Nation so piss-poor (00:01:59)

4. Some Raw Numbers for consideration (1.5, 3, 6, etc)... Needing to view overall picture, not just focus on one Tree trying ignore rest of the Forest (and its relevance to the one Tree) (00:02:54)

5. The Question is: Are you getting ahead (over inflation) or falling behind (your Economic 'buying power' diminishing) due to "all the Economic realities/factors" vs delusion (Paul Krugman style) #UnicornFartFantasy Commie-Pseudo-Economics SPIN (00:03:54)

6. Pivot, temporarily, from "Personal Finance, Budgets, etc." to "Business Economics" realities (to setup return to "Personal Finances" discussion further into episode (00:04:04)

7. https://www.buzzsprout.com/2210487/14965134-christitutionalist-politics-s1e45-when-are-you-going-to-fight-bidumbnomics-part-3-lies-damn-lies-and-statistics (00:04:24)

8. Unlike the Joke Professor in Rodney Dangerfield's BACK TO SCHOOL movie, let's talk real-world "Business acquisition and operations" (Economic realities) (00:04:44)

9. The Widgets what-if (Sale price vs Cost-Of-Goods-Sold (COGS) vs overall Operating Costs and Net rather than Gross Profits (OR LOSSES) (00:05:24)

10. $9 less $10 COGS = LOSSES, NOT PROFITS (whole picture, not just INCOME side of the Accounting Ledgers, in-flow and out-flow) (00:05:29)

11. As Paul Harvey (RIP) used to say - how about #TheRestOfTheStory (00:05:49)

12. For those that do not grasp these Basic Economics BANKRUPTCY is a likely certainty in their near future (00:06:29)

13. Business acquisition (one with existing Product/Service offerings and hopefully already Profitable)vs Business start-up (as many/most have a few years Operating Losses as they build the Operations and try build a Customer Base) (00:07:09)

14. Making "adjustments" (Basic Budgeting, Basic Math, Basic Economics, again need to look at entire Forest/Picture not just one Tree, overall in-flow/out-flow and short-time losses/gains and long-term goals (more Profit, or more Personal BUYING POWER) (00:07:39)

15. Bulk/Wholesale options, reducing Costs to make the margins work (Business, but also applies to Personal Finances/Budgets) (00:08:19)

16. A real-world example (00:08:44)

17. Shifting back to "Personal Finances" application what we just covered about Business Budgets/Operations (like a Business, you have to review incomes vs cash outlays, as well as debt (Mortgage, Credit Cards, Loans, etc.)) (00:10:50)

18. Back to that 6% vs 3% bigger/broader picture numbers discussion (00:12:10)

19. How 3% can be, was, better than the 6% (both sides of the Ledgers) (00:13:20)

20. The Housing Market analogy (00:14:30)

21. A "Man on the Street" interview showing "Man on the Street" knows very little (00:16:40)

22. A brief reprise on inflation, overall debt, etc. (00:19:03)

23. The role of Federal Minimum Wage (Cost of Living from area to are is different) (00:19:25)

24. Could hyper-inflation be around corner, and like History (so many also have zero clue about) need for a Wheelbarrow full of Cash just for a loaf-of-bread?!?!? (00:23:10)

25. Show outro (00:23:47)
