Shawnee Penkacik and her business partner Carrie Reichartz, a retired lawyer and nonprofit coach, discussed the concept of a manifesto, which outlines what a business stands for and against. They wrote a Christian Rocketeers manifesto to quickly skyrocket their Christian nonprofit clients to the next level of success in building their nonprofit. The manifesto was written before they got in front of their clients and focused on the pieces and parts that would bring the most success.
The manifesto was a statement of their beliefs and a promise to their clients that they would deliver results. The manifesto emphasizes working with God, not by yourself, and taking daily steps to quickly build and share the purpose that God gave you. It encourages people to stand firm in faith and to live out God's Word in order to see Jesus save, change and transform lives daily. It also stresses the importance of having funding to do what God has called you to do - as God will provide it. The conversation focuses on the importance of profit for a successful Christian nonprofit.
