As believers of the Lord Jesus Christ, we all fall short of the glory of God, but it’s no excuse to sin. If and when we sin we have an Advocate with the father to ask for forgiveness. We must repent and turn from the sin.
God is so faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Never condemn yourself because you messed up or allow a Pharisee/religious spirit to condemn you. We have a Father that loves us and is ready to forgive.
However, when we sin it just means that our flesh is alive. So we must humble ourselves and get crucified with Christ.
When we are alive in the flesh we are easily taken captive by the devil to do what the devil wants us to do. BUT when we die to the flesh we are alive in Christ and we do HIS will. So like Paul we must die daily to our flesh so the life of Christ can manifest from us.
