In this episode of Cash Flow Pro, we talk with Jered Sturm, CEO of SNS Capital Group. Jered started his real estate journey at 16 as a maintenance tech while still in high school. After doing that for a while, he teamed up with his brother to start a construction company. Together they worked on houses during the weekends and re-invested the money to try and get a loan from the bank and start purchasing real estate. After several years of savings and several attempts at a loan, they finally got it! Fast forward fifteen years plus, and thirty-two-year-old Jered now owns over 130 Million in multifamily assets in the Cincinnati, Ohio market.
Jered will always consider himself a blue-collar guy that enjoys helping others and teaching financial education. Today he will do just that!
