With the COVID-19 pandemic, everything has changed in business as well as our personal lives. We are living in a new reality of school closings and stay at home orders and right now, in NC anyway, only essential businesses are allowed to continue. Although construction has been deemed essential, it certainly doesn’t mean business as usual.
So much has been disrupted with in-office and field operations in such a short amount of time, and this has been further compounded by many, daily unknowns. Managing and adapting to this ever-changing business environment, and the human impact it has on our employees and partnerships is difficult and requires careful, thoughtful decision-making.
