She also talks about how her life transitioned personally which left an impact on her career too. When she shifted to the USA with her partner she felt like doing a career switch and enrolling into a second MBA with management consulting being her major.
During her MBA, she found out that she was pregnant but she delivered the baby and went for a campus interview with Dell after 1.5 weeks. Neiharika also came back to India 9 years later and ventured into entrepreneurship.
