John 2:23 - 3:22 - God Loved
In this Bible study, of John 2:23 - 3:22, we saw how Jesus didn’t “entrust” himself to the people that believed in him, and our natural question is why. We explored some of the reasons that have been offered and then examined how John the Apostle tells of the conversation that Jesus had with Nicodemus in the following section. We saw the need for each person to be “born again.” And, then we looked at how Jesus expected Nicodemus to know what He was talking about. We saw the likely connection back to Ezekiel 36-37. We compared Nicodemus to the Samaritan Woman, and then lastly looked at how God loved the world, but the world loved darkness.
